Question / Help Background picture under video how to?

First let me say this is one awesome program, I was able to setup and test a Youtube stream with in minutes works awesome.

So the question Is if I 1/4 frame a video on OBS is there a way to have a solid picture always at the very back when streaming. I will be doing live ( audio) streaming with partial video in back but wanted to have a still background picture is that possible?

Add the image you want as an image source at the bottom of the source list.
Done

Ok so they will stay both at the the same time I guess thats what I didn't realize.

The source list is sort of like photoshop layers.
The top of the source list is the layer closest to your face. If you have the image source at the bottom of the list, it will be blocked out by any other source in the scene that is enabled and active (needs to be both) but will still be there when the source goes inactive.
