Question / Help Background Noise

Hi, I have been using my headphones which are TRITON Kunai's for obs. When I make a recording than listen to it later I can hear tons of background noise in my mic and it barely picks up my voice. Also whenever I stop talking the noise go's away, but When I start talking again it starts back up. I have played with the audio settings and still can't help anything. Do I need a new mic or adjust settings?

Using de-noise? Any kind of de-noise may not work correctly with mics having way too much noise.

Mic volume might be too loud? Check windows audio recordings to check and maybe lower volume.

Show us OBS log?
