Question / Help Background Image

Hey everyone!
I'm recording an old game with a resolution of 800 x 600 pxl.
Now I have that ugly black edges on the left and right... :(
Is it possible, to record that game in 1280 x 720 pxl and showing an image in the back so i wont have that black edges anymore?

Sure, just add an Image source, and then the game capture on top of it.
