As above, Back4blood wont capture on OBS studio's game capture function, So i redownloaded SLOBS & that works absolutely fine?! How can I fix this? I even fresh installed OBS Studio & it still didnt pickup the game

I am not sure if game does have anti-cheat in it that could affect hook capture. You can try run as Admin and see if captures. I know some games you have use Display Capture. As for SLOBS that is not support here and it does have different changes than OBS itself, so it will work alot different for stuff.
