Question / Help Azure Streaming Media for OBS Studio

Does anyone know the correct streaming settings for streaming to Azure media service? I've tried with both OBS and OBS Studio. I did read this post:

I also was successful with Wirecast.

It seems to connect to my channel OK, but then drop after about 10 seconds.
