Publishing to Azure Media Services is spotty at best.
According to docs, special settings are required for AMS.
Are the following settings available in OBS?
• Key frame or GOP alignment across video qualities
• 2 second key frame interval
• Strict CBR encoding recommended for optimum Adaptive bitrate performance.

Have confirmed that wirecast can stream to AMS reliably.
