Does it work in a web browser, outside of OBS?
If so, then point a browser source to the same URL that works in the standalone browser.
I use an Android app that works like that, to make the phone into a WiFi camera. Handy to set up a shot quickly, but it's not quite pro quality and can't be relied on any more than WiFi can. Still good for a non-critical "special interest" shot.
