Question / Help Avermedie Extremcap U3 dont gives a Signal

My USB 3.0 Port is okay for it. I enabled custom resolution to 1280x720p, 30 fps in the settings of the capturecard, the scene and overall streaming settins.
It worked like have a year before, but since then I resetted my PC

your resolution depends on the source video. if your source is 1080@60, you'll need to set it to 1080@60fps. If source s 720@24, set it to 720p @ 24fps.

Right now as I see your log, your cap card is setup for 1080@60fps double click on the video capture device you made in OBS and set that to what your source is. Also, make sure RECentral is closed.
 
I had it running over recentral, so recentral used the only available signal, now i turned recentral off and obs can capture that signal
