Hello, i just buyed the Avermedia livegamer HD capture card, and im streaming on my second computer and playing on my gaming rigg!

Everything is working good, i get the picture and audio and stuff, but the problem is that when im streaming i want noise gate on my microphone. I have an AT2020 microphone that's bringing alot of noises in the background, and i want noisegate.

But the thing is that OBS dont recognize the microphone on my streaming PC cuz i have the microphone connected to my gaming rigg. and that's means i cannot turn on noisegate in OBS.

My microphone sound is going trough the audio sound in OBS and i think that's how you do it,

It's the same in Avermedia livegammer HD software to, it don't recognize the microphone cuz its not on that computer.

What can i do and can i get noise gate to work?
the guide i did was from a guy on youtube, i did this with the audio

And how can i hear the sounds from my streaming pc? when someone donating its playing sound, but i cannot hear that in my headphones on my gaming rigg

But obs cannot still detect the microphone what to do, please help!

OBS is never going to detect the microphone if it isn't connected to the streaming PC. I solve this problem by running a TeamSpeak server on my streaming PC and just connect to that from my gaming PC to get my voice onto the stream. I suppose you could also do the reverse and have the TS client on the streaming PC record from Stereo Mix so you can hear what's going on, though you would want to configure the capture card to output audio only to the stream in that case.

Hook up a 3.5mm cable from your streaming PC Line Out to your gaming PC Line In port, and in the properties of your Line In, set the device to be Listened to by your default output device.
