Question / Help Avermedia Live Gamer portable...stream looks faded out

Hi im currently trying to get my settings for streaming right but i cant seem to figure out why my stream looks faded and grainy.Im trying to record in 1080p with 30fps or in 720p with 60(whatever i can get to look better). Im recording my Xbox one console with the Averemedia LGP.
Avermedia Settings:
-1920x1080 resolution
-60.0 Mbps Video Bit Rate
-Frame rate 30 fps

My PC:
CPU- i7 4770k
Graphics Card- Gigabyte GTX 760 Overclocked 4gb edition
RAM- 32gb 1866mhz

My Internet:
-http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3268457464
-I was streaming with a 3500mbs bitrate when i tested this
Im trying to get the best settings and this is frustrating me by how the quality looks so if anyone can help thatb would be great thanks!
 
Could you show me a video or screenshot perhaps? Also, an OBS log file would be super nice, if you could provide one
