Question / Help Avermedia Live Gamer HD wont output 60fps? Stuck at 24-27fps

So when I had this capture card in my other PC, I had to rollback drivers and got it to output 60fps in OBS. Back then I was only streaming console, Now I'm doing a dual PC setup to stream Overwatch, and everything is working, but its only outputting between 24-27 fps? Settings are all set to 60fps.

Looks like your ten-year-old GPU is choking big time. It's having to run in compatibility mode just to get OBS off the ground.

I have another one, I tried putting it in earlier, but it wasn't getting detected by OBS, which is why I had to throw the older one back in

The current one is a dumpster fire and isn't going to work well. What's the other card that you tried, and what do you mean when you say it wasn't detected?

The other card is an amd r7 240, when I put it in and went into the OBS settings and went to video adapter, it was blank.

Turns out that was exactly it, back at 60fps now. Thanks!
