Hi everyone,
So I recently purchased an AVerMedia Live Gamer HD capture card. So far, it's worked perfectly. At first I was using it with xsplit, but I noticed that as I was streaming, I had an annoying fps issue. So, I switched to OBS after hearing that it was vastly superior. The only issue I'm having currently, is being unable to add my capture card as a source. I add source -> add Video Capture Device and am given the option for AVerMedia HD Capture C985 Bus 4. Nothing else besides my webcam/split pop up. I've read online that it should be showing up as something else. I've attempted to restart my computer, and without opening skype or any internet browser first, opening RECentral and OBS first. Still didn't work. Any help would greatly be appreciated! If you guys need any info to help me out, please let me know! I'd love to get started with OBS.
