I am currently trying to stream my Xbox one and it looks choppy. I am not dropping any frames I am trying to stream in 720P, I would like to do 180 if possible. Any help?

Try adding your webcam as a global source and lower its resolution to something more reasonable like 720p.

How do I add it as a global Source? and when I check the webcam setting it says it is at 720P unless I am not looking correctly.
Alright I added the webcam to global sources. What now?

To add it as a global source, delete the source, click the Global Sources button, add it as a global source there, and then when going to add it to your scene, select it from your global sources submenu.
