Question / Help Avermedia Live Gamer HD Problems

So I just installed my new Avermedia Live Gamer HD into my PC and I installed the driver and RECentral and Stream Engine and yet, when I go to open it up it says "unable to detect supported device". I go into OBS and it just gives me a red screen as if to say there's nothing to display from this source. I'm at a loss of what to do. Avermedia Customer Support sucks. I'm running Windows 10 which the driver says it now supports. Yet it's not picking anything up.

Nevermind, for some reason you need to go into your device manager to check on the driver and it will say not installed and then you can install it and it works. Technology man
