Question / Help Avermedia live gamer hd capped at 30 fps

I know that at 1920 the capture card will not go to 60 fps.

Ever since ive gotten this card in my streaming pc, it hasnt surpassed 30 fps even with the 1280x720 dropdown checked.

Any suggestions?
