So a quick run down what my problem is, i have my caputre card in my streaming pc and have the capture card running to my middle monior of my 3 monitor setup, in Rec Cent it shows the screen correctly, when i follow the steps i still get a black screen in OBS and SLOBS, resolutions for both is set at 1920x1080 is there something that i might be missing or anything, trying to use the card and not having OBS open on both cpus using NDI script.

Looking at your log I may have a solution.. Myself I have an Avermedia Live Gamer 4k..
In your streaming pc OBS sources I do not see a Video Capture Device setup.

As long as you have the drivers for the capture card installed (which you do because you have ReCentral working) then OBS should be able to find the device..

this is assuming new setup.. modify the steps as needed

1. Make sure ReCentral is NOT running at all. (not hiding in the system tray either.)
2. Start OBS
3. In the Sources (which should be blank in a new setup) click the + (add) source and select "Video Capture Device"
4. Under the Device drop down, select your capture card. click OK

In theory you should now be looking at your capture cards output.
