Hye guys,
I just bought the Avermedia LGX and however, when i plugged it into my laptop, the device gives out a dim red light instead of a blue one. And at the RECentral preview window, it says "no signal". Same thing happens with the OBS Studio, no signal. I tried playing around with the cables and switching ports and managed to get it working to stream once. Turned everything off, went to sleep, and when i wanted to stream again, my device still gives out that dim red glow instead of the blue one when i plugged it in. Tried playing with the cables and switching ports again but it seems that i am not that lucky this time.
Do you guys have any idea how to solve this?
