Question / Help AVerMedia LGX GC550 with Open Broadcaster Software, RED SCREEN!!!

Hi everyone,

I boutght new game (PS4) and want to live.

So i just bought the AverMedia LGX GC550 and when all is set up and installed(includeing driver) i got a red screen in OBS.(windows10)

I just bought the AverMedia LGX GC550,before my system windows 7 all is set up and installed everything is fine,when i upgraded windows 10 and using same set up and i got a red screen in OBS.....(LGX GC550 --> OBS((video capture)).)

The card pushed signal through as i could play games while the cords were plugged in.
If i using LGX GC550 --> potplayer to play --> OBS(game capture), it's work.

I checked my HDMI cords and USB ports is fine.

I have reinstalled OBS and all LGX GC550 RECentral 2 driver.

Still i get a red screen.......red,red,red,red,red.....=_=

Any other help please?

My PC specs: I5 6500 CPU / 8GB RAM / Kingston 120 GB SSD (OS and where OBS is installed) / WD RE1TB HDD (Date) / / / Nvidia GTX 970 / Windows 10 Home 64-bi (before Windows 7 64-bi everything is ok)

thx man.

finally i fix the error, just turn back to win7....

maybe after win7 free upgrade to win10,the win10 is no mediaplayer inside,so obs got red screen,it is possible?
