Question / Help Avermedia LGP stream engine and ReCcentral chrasing

Hi

first of if this thread is in the wrong place im sorry

so my problem is that whenever i try to get video feed to OBS from my capture card by using the LGP stream engine the stream engine program instantly chrashes

so the card is bout 1 mount old and ive only used it with ps4 with no problems
then i tried to hook up my ps3 and thats when the problem of the stream engine chrashing every single time started to happen

i also noticed that the same thing happends in Avermedia ReCcentral program whenever i try to get a video feed or trying to detect my console device

i have absolutelyt no clue to why its happening or how to fix it and avermedia is not respnding to my emails so they arent of any help and i cant find anything on this topic anywhere

reinstalling it or updating it is not helping either

has anyone had this issue and knows what to do to fix it

i got it to work again but i dont know exactly what i did

so i started with removing all files completely from the pc even the zip files, then i reinstalled only the stream engine and the drivers for only the engine and doing the downloadable firmware update

i dont know if it works with the ps3 still and im not about to try it and have it start crashing at me again
