Question / Help Avermedia LGP no audio when capturing PS3 games

On my PS4 I am able to stream fine using the same capture card and setup. The setup is that I have my PS4 go into a splitter, which then goes into the LGP and into the monitor. When using my PS3 in the same set-up, I can see the game, but no audio. The game I am trying to stream is Yakuza 4 if that is relevant

EDIT: More testing and it looks any game on the PS3 does not output audio. Tried re-installing drivers, and also tested again on both Switch and PS4. Only the PS3 is giving any issue

Hi, sorry to bump this thread, but I am also having the same problem. I've all my settings on my LGP set to HDMI.

I am able to record fine with the PS4 and VR, but have either no audio, or noise when I try to record off the PS3.

I'm using one of those HDMI splitters from the console to the LGP (which works when I want to record to the SD card in the LGP).

Any help is very much appreciated!

EDIT: I figured out a work around for this.
I bypassed the audio and used the component cable for the PS3 and connected it to the Audio In socket, also kept the HDMI connected as above. (Works fine, but you might need to change a few audio settings or add a gain filter).
