Question / Help AverMedia LGP Lite with PS4 Party Chat/Game Audio

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this, I currently use AverMedia lgp lite and I would like to also stream my ps4 with OBS. I have the following.

Official PS4 Wireless Headset
HyperX Cloud 2
Blue Snowball Mic

Ps4 is connected to TV through the avermedia.

Like others I cannot get the chat and game audio to stream, any help would be grateful. At this moment I am about to give up with streaming my PS4 and just stick to PC Streaming

PS, I am currently at work so I am unable to get a LogFile at this very moment but if anyone has any tips I can try out that would be very much appreciated.

capture cards will capture what it is connected to, so if you use a headset to talk and chat, the capture card will not record that. if chat is through the TV, then the capture card should pick that up. but not your voice, otherwise you'd hear youself talk which would be feedback. there are many work arounds for this but sadly, I do not have an example for you to follow. just keep that I said in mind when wiring things up.
