Question / Help Avermedia LGP Lite Frequent Disconnection

Hi.

I have a single instance of OBS running on my Windows 10 PC.
I am trying to record through Avermedia Live Gamer Portable, through USB.
But it just disconnects frequently. As if avermedia is rebooting. The blue light on the device starts blinking, the TV screen goes off and then it comes back on. But i need to restart OBS for the feed to appear inside OBS screen again.
When i am not recording through OBS, and when OBS is not even open, this does not happen. Below is a log from when this happened recently. (Also in the link OBS Log)

Please help.

Thanks
Joshua.

Currently it is happening everytime I open my OBS.
Because the only way i used to able to resolve this was by restarting the OBS, now i am unable to record anything on OBS.
i.e., I start my OBS, TV screen goes blank, OBS goes blank, TV screen comes on, OBS still blank
So, i need to restart OBS to show preview again
I restart OBS, vicious cycle

Hi,
Before the reply, i tried re-installing the OS.
As soon as i reinstalled the OS, i downloaded my Wifi drivers, Avermedia driver and OBS.
It worked very well no issues. (Log file 2020-05-17 06-50-35.txt)

I shutdown my PC went to sleep, now i boot in again, the issue is back! (Log file 2020-05-17 08-28-12.txt)

One thing i noticed is, when i first opened it after fresh install, it appears to be using the Intel Graphics"Loading up D3D11 on adapter Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 (0)" , now it seems to be using Nvidia Graphics "Loading up D3D11 on adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M (0)".

If anyone could suggest a solution to this it will be very helpful.

Regards,
Joshua.
