Avermedia LGP capture looks choppy when I add it to OBS Studio

Hey, I need help. For some reason, whenever I add my Avermedia LGP video capture to OBS Studio, the video is all choppy and stuttery. I have no idea why this is happening now because I've been using this capture card with OBS Studio for years without any problems. I even tried installing an older version of OBS Studio and that didn't work. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
