Is it works? (Don't know, but the link seems to be right)
Also, downgrade OBS Studio to 0.12.3 (run x64 version), and up Windows to 10, change CPU and GPU :)

Yes, this link worked. Installed recentral, but it's not issue about it anyways. It's OBS not working properly with *something*
There's no more recent version of recentral to upgrade to. And downgrade will unlikely help, since shoterboyx have it working for a long time.

I guess it's something missing in the system that's required, but not mentioned. We need developers here...

@sneaky4oe, you can record / stream properly right?

and I do also recommand you to drop to OBS 0.12.3 like that @Suslik V said, give it a try! Im running 0.12.3

Yes, I can do this via CPU or GPU properly. No troubles with that. But current GPU realisation stutters with heavy games, so really need this one.
And where did you get this version of it's not there on release branch?

https://gist.github.com/3bf47b1915746231bc64 - current log file. Tried 3 recordings with different video parameters.

Which recording option did you use to record your game on your pc? By video capture device or Game capture?
Game capture and screen capture options. I rarely use avermedia as video source - only with old games that are not supported in any other way.
And I keep them in separated scenes collection, and how even HDMI cable is unplugged for testing purposes.

Contacted avermedia support man from Russia, who used to help me once. At first he said that there's no way of encoding with OBS, otherwise they'd announce this feature publically.
Than he said that live gamer hd works only with RECentral and "limited" with xsplit IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DRIVER.

shoterboyx
Did you use xsplit in the past? What drivers did you install if you did?
