Question / Help Avermedia H.264 encoder

I recently bought a MSI X99A GAMING 9 ACK motherboard which has an Avermedia Streaming Engine. I have tested it with Xsplit (which is optimized for) and works fine at 1080p@60fps but with OBS I can only use it for encode at 720p@60fps.

In the picture attached you can see my configuration and the output resolution of a test video.
Im really interested in using it because it reduces the cpu load more than 30%.

Hmm, that looks like it doesn't contain any information about a stream/recording session. Can you you do a quick recording, restart OBS, and upload the "last" log file?

Also, can you clarify what you mean when you say you "can't" use the AVerMedia encoder to stream at anything higher than 720p60? What happens when you try?

@dodgepong The AVerMedia Encoder is Resolution capped currently and Jim knows this fact.

[12:28:18] <GolDAce> might wanna let Jim- know about this (avermedia encoder apparently supporting more than 720p)
[12:30:21] <@Jim-> I know it does
[12:30:31] <@Jim-> just haven't had time to fix it
[12:31:04] <DrDomingas> Oh, I wish you can do it then
[12:32:25] <@Jim-> I will
[12:33:29] <@Jim-> I can't really guarantee priority right away but I will get it
