Question / Help Avermedia FPS Problem

Hello!

I have an Avermedia LIVEGAMER HD2 in OBS i have all the Time 60FPS no Problems.
max CPU usage is 50% (while running in circles)

My Avermedia gives in Preview 60FPS, in RECENTRAL i get 60FPS in Recording too,
but for some reason in OBS Recording / Streaming look like this:

There's no recording/streaming attempt in those logs.

Upload a log that contains a recording/streaming attempt. There's no way for us to diagnose what's happening otherwise -- without it, we can't see any sort of encoding settings being used, or where frames are being lost (whether to rendering/encoding/network).
