Question / Help Avermedia extremecap u3 problem

Hello i recently bought the avermedia extremecap u3
To livestream my music production on my second pc
Problem is that i cant get a signal with or without a hdmi splitter

I did some research on youtube and came on this

This is the setup i did and came out of nothing
I have a laptop for the live stream a asus x54c

Can you guys know a solution ?
