So I started capturing my gaming PC through capture cards. I have 2 Avermedia cards that have a weird problem when running in OBS.
They randomly switch from 60 to 30 fps. This is not related to skipped or dropped frames, it just changes from 60 to 30 and stays there for about 1 or 2 minutes. Then it goes back to 60 fps. I set a hotkey to disable and enable the cards when I notice the framerate change. Disabling and enabling it reactivates 60 fps.
This does not happen in Avermedia's software, only in OBS.

At about 6:30 the card switched to 30 fps and went back to 60 about 2 minutes later.
PS: Do you have any recommendation of a REAL professional capture card that won't have these annoying issues?
