Question / Help Avermedia Card Not In Playback Devices

After installing drivers etc. my Avermedia live gamer HD is not showing up in my Playback devices. I have Show Disabled Devices checked, and the card even works fine inside of OBS.

Any ideas/thoughts on this? I've tried to look around, but have had no luck anywhere.

I think this card needs the steam engine driver. U can find it on the avermedia site.

Tried adding this and doing a reinstall of everything, no luck.

Odd currently having the same issue. Been trying to figure out how to lower the volume of the Avermedia C985 live HD card. Tried downloading the firmware and steam engine.
