Using Ubuntu 19.10. Avermedia output used to work then stopped suddenly. All other HDMI outputs also stopped working. Apparently there is a chip failure in the card according to a number of posts. Apparently replacing the card fixes the problem. I removed the Avermedia game card and used the output on the video card (NVIDEA), and all three monitors work fine. The card is in the shop, luckily it is on warranty, and may take a few days to get a replacement. I tried everything to get the HDMI output to work on any port to no avail. This was a hardware problem.
