Avermedia Capture Card has perfect video but no sound when linked from PS4 to PC

So i own an AverMedia LGP C875. I've recently connected it like this:
- PS4 - AverMedia - Laptop
- My AverMedia Input is from PS4, and Output goes back to my TV (SAMSUNG UA50TU8500)
- The USB is plugged into my Laptop
- I'm using OBS to stream
- PS4 HDCP is turned off

Question/Help
- I got no sound on my TV after passing HDMI through AverMedia, Should it be like that or i'm missing something
- I got no sound in OBS as well. I do get Video, but no Audio at all from AverMedia

You need to do some troubleshooting. Connect both HDMI cords to your PS4 and to your TV to verify they both work.
After that, try another HDMI device. If you're still not getting sound with passthrough, you need to contact AverMedia.

Yeah i've troubleshooted the cables. they all work with good sound quality

I have contacted AverMedia, 2 days ago, still haven't got a reply yet
