To start, I didn't have this issue about a few weeks ago. After wanting to stream the other day, I noticed that something was wrong.
Basically, my setup is Console (PS3/WiiU/PS4) > HDCP Stripper > Capture Card > Monitor.
It used to be that I could have my console(s) set to output at 1080p and have OBS set to Custom Resolution 1280x720 and Custom FPS 60 and all would be well, the preview would display the console in 720p60 and i could play off my monitor in 1080p. Just how it is intended with this card.
However, for some reason I now have an issue that is somewhat bizarre and I can not figure why this is happening.
I recorded a video of setting up the card in OBS how i did back when it worked fine and put some annotation on the video to indicate what resolution and fps is currently being shown in the preview
Before anyone asks, I have all of my drivers updated and on the latest version that is available for all of my hardware and up to date versions of OBS etc. I am also on the latest version of Windows 10 Pro.
I know for a fact that reinstalling windows will fix it since quite a few things broke in the November update, but that is my last resort.
Here is a log of a preview i did after the video i posted above (same issue obviously). Only change in this log was that i disabled custom resolution half way through, again same things occur as they do in the video above.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me figure this out or knows of a fix.
