Question / Help Average CPU Is Around 2.0% , And Lags Non-Stop While Using An Elgato, But No Lag While Recording PC Videos

I've Been Trying To Solve This Issue For Months Now And I Really Want To Use My Elgato.

When I Try To Record A Video On OBS With A Elgato, The Video Lags And The CPU Is Around 2.0%
When I Try To Record A PC Video, There Is No Lag And There Is Completely Nothing Wrong With It
Can Someone Please Help Me With This Issue Because I've Been Trying To Solve This For Months Now.
