Avatar lipsync feature?

I did a search in the forums, didn't see if there was a plugin or feature for something like this.

For those that don't have webcams, is there a way to animate a 2D avatar to lip sync with your voice?
I know there is a program on Steam called FaceRig http://store.steampowered.com/app/274920/ for 3D real-time lip syncing,.

The only other standalone program I found that does 2D voice lipsync is Crazytalk but it doesn't appear to do it real time, so I'm not sure it would work with Twitch/OBS? http://www.reallusion.com/crazytalk/crazytalk.aspx

This is pretty far outside the scope of what is planned for OBS. You'll need to use a program like the ones you linked here.

Thanks, Sapiens. It looks like those programs don't support the 2D avatar chat sync. Was hoping there was a similar pligin for OBS.

I know this post is old, but were you ever able to find a way to do this? I'm currently trying to accomplish the same thing.
