Automatically stop after both display stay the same and there was no sound for some minutes

I know there's an option to stop the recording after a specific duration, but I don't know how long what I'm to record will last; it could be 25 mins or 3 hrs. I'd like for OBS recording to automatically stop after both the display (sometimes I use window mode, other times in full display mode) stay the same--and--there was no sound for some minutes, ie: 10. When I got back, after stopping the recording there was > 1 hr of both still display and no audio, and if possible I'd like to reduce that.
