Automatic start / stop of live stream?

Hello, I have some light familiarity with obs, I have setup several obs systems for churches as well as black magic atem switchers too.

I have a project where I want to setup a couple cameras for train watching. My problem is starting and stoping the live stream. I can setup a keyboard shortcut to do what I want but I was hoping that there may be a feature to have the video trigger the macro instead of a keystroke. Kind of like a security camera system...

Any one have any ideas?

Solved, i found these settings https://github.com/WarmUpTill/SceneSwitcher/wiki/Video-condition i am going to work on these settings to see if they will get the job done.
