Automatic scene switching between different instances of the same program?

I like to stream art that I create and will often have more than one copy of the same program running - particularly Blender. I was wondering if there was an easy way to have automatic scene switching between multiple windows of Blender?

The scene switcher doesn't look at the *.exe. It looks for the window title. So if your multiple windows of Blender have different window titles, the scene switcher will work fine. Usually, editor apps modify their window title to contain the file or project name that is being worked on, so include this name in the scene switcher configuration.
