Automated timer Video recording in OBS

How do I set up OBS for timer recording? I went to Task Manager in windows start up and set it up there, but it never starts. It records manually fine.

I've read, and the Wiki/help should point to the command line options. but I've never used OBS Studio, design had interactive compositing, in a non-interactive approach.
With that said, I'd used https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/advanced-scene-switcher.395/ for my OBS Studio automation needs.
