Question / Help Auto Reconnect Timeout Setting Does Not Save

I have been using the auto reconnect timeout at 0 seconds for the past several weeks to keep the stream online with a shaky ISP connection. A couple days ago I had to change twitch servers and the setting reset to the default 5 seconds, which means every ISP hiccup it is taken online and attempts to reconnect. I have tried manually resetting the value to 0, applying and saving settings, but every time it defaults back to 5 the next time settings is opened or the stream comes online.

I am currently using the latest version of OBS.

Reconnecting too often or too fast generally isn't a good idea. I could probably change the minimum reconnect time though.

Yeah, it's the only way I can keep the stream from going offline when my ISP has a hiccup. Otherwise it goes offline 1-2 times every few hours, and loses a lot of viewers and is overall very annoying :P

Okay I will change the minimum to 0 then for the next version. However do try to get a better internet connection. It's still going to annoy the heck out of viewers regardless.

Thank you, right now my ISP has a monopoly in the area but I plan on getting a dedicated line in the near future.

The new version will be out in the next few days. In the mean time you might have to wait until then
