Authentication Failure

I've tried to look up solutions for this, but I can not find any answers.
I keep getting a Authentication Failure
Failed to authenticate with Twitch:

Failed to get token from remote: Failed to connect to obsproject.com port 443: Timed out

This happens over and over. I have tried these solutions

- Uninstall OBS
- Reinstall OBS
- Reset Stream Key
- Bind and Un-Bind IP

With 0 Fix. I have tried to reach out to other streamers that might have had this issue, but none of them have which has brought me to the forums.
I have included my Log File.

I am having this very issue. I've tried all of these things as well, to no avail. Mine just started doing this yesterday. You've had this issue since October of 2020 and no support. Hmmm.
