Question / Help Australian Stream

Hey there,

I am looking to set up a watch-able stream via Twitch.tv. My problem is, I have a really low quality, laggy stream. I have a low up-load speed @ 0.80 mbps (as I live in Australia). My PC is good though, and can run practically all games fine.

I have tried fiddling with all of the settings but nothing seems to work.

My PC: i5 2500
Asus HD 7970 DirectCU II
8gb DDR3 RAM

Please, if anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated.

Not sure what you want us to tell you. You will at max want to use 500 maybe 600kbps of your upload, so if you use 64kbps for audio, use around 400kbps for your video bitrate. Downscale your desktop resolution to around 240/360/480p and test if you can increase the preset without starting to lag ingame.
