Question / Help Audio Visual Latency

I am about to start streaming Destiny on Twitch so I've been running some local recordings to make sure everything was fine before I go live. Well, everything IS fine except for the fact that whenever I shoot my gun I see the gunshot about 500ms before I hear the audio. Same thing with other general sounds while moving through the environment. I'm using an Elgato HD60 for my capture card and I thought I had done everything correctly since everything else is in sync, but apparently I've missed something. I didn't change any of the properties of the capture card when I added it to my scene. The only adjustment I've made regarding the capture card was adding 650ms to my global audio sync offset and my camera to make up for the inherent delay. Literally everything else in the recording is fine, no dropped frames, no bitrate warnings, just the game sound delay. Any suggestions on how I sync the game audio with the gameplay?
