Question / Help Audio/Video sync problem with dithering

This is my setup:

Notebook i7quad 5gen
16 gb ram
IntelHD for recording (no streaming)
Webcam Logitech c920 + green screen
Avemedia portbale lite + PS4

OBS Studio: cam c920 records the player with chroma key and inserts it into the game board from avermedia ps4.
Initially everything is ok, but after a few minutes, i have 2 problems:

1. Video of the cam goes out of sync with avermedia, the movements of the players are always more delayed than the video from avermedia.
2. Audio from avermedia deteriorates, goes out sync with video and wrapped in dithering

Solution: every 10 minutes deactivate and then reactivate the avermedia from obs, obviously not a solution!

At the beginning of the streaming the webcam is perfectly synchronized with the game, but after a few minutes the desync
starts and the movements are more and more delayed

I tried to use a more powerful laptop, but the result does not change.

After a few minutes the webcam images are lagging behind the video of the avermedia,
the audio after a while dithering and then disappears. The audio is heard from the preview but is not recorded locally.
Everything works well in the first minutes.

Setup:
Laptop i7 7gen
Avermedia portable Lite
Webcm Logitech c920
