Question / Help Audio/Video slightly out of sync. How to correct this?

So I am using OBS and the webcam on my Macbook to record a video and the audio isn't matching up to the video correctly. It's only like a 1/4 of a second but it is still noticeable. I researched how to fix it but nothing worked.

Any ideas?

That was one of the things I tried when researching it. I couldn't get it to work, but if you say that is the answer I guess I will go back and try it again. Thanks.
