Question / Help Audio Video Desync?

Hello, I'm having issues with recording videos. Just yesterday everything was perfectly fine, but today I changed a Game capture to stretch to the screen to fix the edges being cut off. After that the audio has been desyncing, the audio is showing up approx 1sec after it should be. I checked the box that reads "Force desktop audio to use timestamps as a base for audio time" and that didnt change anything, it is not just the desktop sounds but the mic aswell.

I tried disabling the stretch to screen and recording, but the audio offset is still there. I also remembered I fiddled with my bitrate awhile ago, and tried turning that back which didnt fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
