Question / Help Audio / Video desync ONLY WHEN STREAMING

Audio and Video are desynced with audio going ahead of video.

Problem DOES NOT occur on local recordings, 30 or 60 fps

Im streaming my PS3 with a Happauge HDPVR 2 Gaming edition

Im using latest version of OBS Studio, what could be wrong, and how can i fix this?
