Question / Help Audio/Video delay

Hello! I use a Mac OS Catalina and when I try to stream into Youtube, the audio does not sync with video (audio is faster than video) despite trying to adjust it via the video delay or audio delay settings. Also, my CPU at working at 55% at baseline when streaming (without adding additional sources like texts or videos) and tends to drop frames. What is the solution for this?
