Question / Help Audio tracks not working properly

I've got an interesting issue I can't figure out. Two audio channels, one for voice and one for game audio. Two different inputs entirely - USB mic and headphone jack - both listed on different audio tracks. I have game audio coming to the headphones. When I do a test record and watch it without any editing software, my mic sounds perfectly fine and the game audio is nearly impossible to hear, no matter how much gain I add to desktop audio. Loading that up in Premiere gives me loud game audio, and both mic and game are on the same audio track >.>

EDIT: When I open the source audio in VLC the audio sounds fine, but it still seems to be outputting both tracks to the same audio track

Here we are; the Webcam isn't taking audio and the Mic/Aux is my Blue Yeti.

I did some test records earlier and I think my audio tracks were somehow being combined by the default video player - despite it not doing that previously - while I was attempting to preview the video before any editing. When I tested opening the file directly in Premiere, the audio tracks seemed to be alright.

If it's working in Premiere then you should be in good shape. Could be that the low game audio you were hearing was crosstalk into the mic from your headphones, which can happen when you've a mic as sensitive as the Yeti.
