Audio Tracks acting weird

I record my audio on 2 separate tracks, desktop audio and microphone audio. When using a replay software (like VLC) I just hear either my voice or desktop audio. When inserting into Premiere Pro, I can hear both tracks again. Has anyone a solution to this?
 
Track one should have all your audio sources
Track two should be your voice
Track three then desktop audio

VLC and other video players only play track one audio or do so by default Track one should always be all the audio you want to play by default with the other tracks being each individual audio source When you edit the video in an editor you can work with the individual tracks and deselect track one to work with the individual sources

In VLC under the Audio menu is Tracks where you can select what or which audio tracks to play other than the default
