Question / Help Audio to multiple devices?

Hey again, I've been able to set up multiple headsets on OBSMP, but even while playing with the audio output settings, I cannot find a way to route the game audio to both devices, so that we may both listen to the game through our headsets. I've tried tweaking Windows settings and have had no success. Is there a way to achieve this? Even with a second device plugged in, "testing" the speakers and headset in "playback options" results in tones going to both devices simultaneously. There must be some solution.

If your headset uses a 3.5mm jack you can use a splitter... Otherwise, try using Voicemeeter to route audio to multiple destinations.

Sadly these are two USB headsets.

Voicemeeter also gave me nothing but error messages. Thanks anyway.

Hmm, VoiceMeeter is definitely the easiest way to do it. Just setup the Voicemeeter Input device as default playback device in Windows, so it receives the game sound. Then in Voicemeeter select your two headsets as A1 and A2 and thats it. You should hear game sound on both headsets.
You might wanna see if the guys from Voicemeeter can help you get it running. Apart of that you can probably also do the same with other virtual audio devices (VAC, etc.).

Just want to update that I found a way to split the audio signal between my usb headset and normal speakers within Windows 7 itself. Thank you for your help though :)

I'm having this same problem but with Windows 10 64 Bit and 64 Bit OBS Studio. I have 2x Logitech G930 Headsets and can only get the Microphones to work. The PC sees them and hs them listed with a 2 and a 3 at the end of the deice names. I want to be able to hear the sound of the game, and all the audio and voices from teh microphones in real time so I can adjust more easily and not have headphones on that are basically muffling any sound I hear from the pc speakers just to use the microphones. Oh I also don't want to have any audio play through the PC speakers. I have the advanced audio properties setup saying these 2 headsets are the main audio devices. I have been playing with all the settings and cant seem to get it to work so you all here are my best option. Please someone figure out something I can do.

VoiceMeeter by VB-Audio Works. It took a bit to figure out. I just wish I didn't have to do it this way. I prefer to run everything through OBS Studio so if anyone knows a way I would love to hear it still.

Ok Definately get the Pro Version of VoiceMeeter Called VoiceMeeter Banana. There is a audio routing program my Norton didn't like but it works well it is called Audio Router. Another good App to get is from the maker of VoiceMeeter and is on the same page is called Virtual Audio Cable. With those 3 apps you can pretty much get anything routed to anywhere and its all good. Then in OBS you only need the output of VoiceMeeter to be set as the 1st Mic input in OBS settings (Audio ) Page. The rest need to be disabled. SO basically you leave The Mic wide open in OBS and control only video related / Graphic Things in there and the VoiceMeeter will combine all the rest.

Audio Router got deleted by Norton then I made it safe to install then Norton Deleted it again... lol so yeah I can live without it. The other 2 work great. Remember to Donate :)
